Error While Recompiling!

I successfully decompiled apk but when I recompile it I get following error. Dunno whats this :( It sucks.... .Thats why I hate recompiling decompiling apk's because it is f***d up! I can mod game but...

Currently Working on Mod Pack!!!
= 30% Done, Not released yet!
Objectives:
• Create A New Hud
• Create New Artillery Units
• Create New Tech Buildings
• Fix Bugs and Review All things
• Then upload the version 1!
